The «EXTREME» Race of Matterhorn Ultraks is a new race designed expressly for the best Skyrunners of the world. Compulsory Gear for the Matterhorn Ultraks «EXTREME»

The Race Committee does not impose any compulsory equipment except for the « EXTREME » race. Each competitor is responsible to evaluate what he/she must take along. It is however recommended to check the weather forecast in order to adjust the equipment accordingly.

A weather bulletin will be published the evening before the race.

For the « EXTREME » race, the rules and regulations of Skyrunner World Series apply. This includes a long sleeves waterproof jacket. In addition, microspikes are required.

  • Reusable Collapsible Soft water cup is required for liquid refreshments: for environmental reasons, cups will not be provided at the refreshment stations for fluid replacement.

Please visit the race website to check you have all items on the list of mandatory gear.
