While I like to run in winter using a Buff headband or trucker cap (such as our Trail & Kale caps!), in warmer weather I prefer a lightweight cap or vizor. This month I’ve been wearing an Inov-8 cap, the ‘All Terrain Peak’.

It’s great to see the running apparel companies bring out lightweight, running-specific headwear for running in all elements. I always have some type of headwear when I go out for a run (unless I forget to pack a hat), and the combination of a cap and sunglasses is perfect for shielding your head and eyes from the elements, dirt and bugs.
